About the case

This lawsuit concerns alleged violations of California wage and hour laws, including meal and rest breaks, time rounding, unpaid wages and related claims.
Phillips 66 denies liability. The parties agreed to a $12,500,000 gross settlement to resolve the case, subject to the Court's approval. Fees, costs and other approved amounts are deducted before individual payments are calculated.
You are not being sued. The notice states that participation will not affect your status with Phillips 66.

Why did I receive a notice?
Phillips 66's records indicate that you worked in California during the class period. The notice explains the proposed settlement and your rights and options. See Sections A and C for the details.
Do I need to submit a claim?
No. Section G of the notice says eligible members who do not opt out receive their settlement payment by check after final approval. There is no claim form to complete on this website.
How much will I receive?
Class payments are based on your qualifying workweeks as a proportion of the total qualifying workweeks. PAGA payments are based on qualifying pay periods. Your individual notice contains your records and estimated payment. This website cannot calculate or confirm an award.
When will payments be mailed?
The notice provides for checks after final approval. It does not give a specific mailing date. Contact the administrator for current payment information. Original checks must be cashed within 120 calendar days after mailing; see Section G for the replacement-check rules.
Do I have to attend the hearing?
No. The notice says attendance is optional. The current case website lists the final approval hearing for October 8, 2026. Confirm the hearing time and any changes with the administrator before making plans.
